Fay Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer Ms. Fay joined Bernstein in 1990 as a research analyst, following the airline, lodging, trucking and retail industries, and has been Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer-Global Value Equities of AllianceBernstein since 2003. She earned a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Kevin F. Simms Co-Chief Investment Officer and Director Mr. Simms was named co-CIO—International Value equities in 2004, which he has assumed in addition to his role as director of research—Global and International Value equities, a position he has held since 2000. He earned a BS and a BA from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Giulio A. Martini Chief Investment Officer Mr. Martini was appointed to head the newly created quantitative strategies team within the value-equities unit in July 2003. He earned a BA from the University of Colorado and an MA in political economy from Boston University.
