Fund (PSF) and the manager of certain PSF portfolios. PLFA also does business under the name Pacific Asset Management (PAM) and manages certain PSF portfolios
under that name.
PLFA is the investment advisor to the Pacific Dynamix portfolios. Pacific Dynamix is a suite of three asset allocation "fund-of-funds" that seeks to achieve its investment goals by investing in certain underlying portfolios. PLFA is responsible for determining the asset allocation mix for each portfolio. PLFA draws on the
capabilities of BlackRock Investment Management, LLC, Dimensional Fund Advisors, LP, and SSgA Funds Management, Inc., to manage the assets of each underlying portfolio.
