He enjoys collaborating with financial professionals on retirement-income planning strategies and small-business retirement plans. Prior to his current position, Reed served as assistant vice president of the Advanced Marketing department.

Prior to his role at Pacific Life, he headed up the Advanced Markets department at another large U.S.-based insurance company.

She also has held advanced planning and education roles at a broker/dealer and financial services firm.

Caroline began her career in the private practice of law, focusing on business and estate planning.
